Our therapists are committed to trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks to ensure we offer a safe experience for all of our clients. 

 

Access to virtual services.

COVID-19 has had profound effects on both our physical and mental health. To help ensure ongoing care for our clients in the safest way possible for their unique needs, our psychology and psychotherapy services are being provided both in-person and virtually at this time. Our remote therapy sessions can be conducted by either phone or video conference depending on your comfort level. Let us know your service preference and we will do our best to accommodate.
